VP of Acquisitions

Blake is Covenant’s VP of Acquisitions and plays a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions of mineral rights, oil and gas leases, and royalty interests.

Blake started his career in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where he honed his leadership and management skills while overseeing a $10M equipment inventory and leading training programs for a diverse team of personnel. His military experience instilled a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence, qualities that continue to shape his approach to business and client engagements.

Blake is the founder and owner-operator of Warwick Geo Solutions LLC, where since 2019, he has provided specialized GIS and geological consulting services as a licensed Professional Geoscientist (P.G.) in Texas. As Core lab Manager at TCU Blake has overseen strategic operations that enhanced the lab's brand through effective client management, contract negotiations, and operational expansion.

Blake holds an Energy MBA with a Data Analytics Certificate, an MS and BS in Geology with minors in Energy Management and GIS. He is Currently pursuing the AAPL Registered Landman certification and is committed to expanding his expertise in land management in the energy industry.
